Objective: Cloud computing is one of the new forms of information services that has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. In order to use the infrastructure and cloud computing services in the archive centers, it is necessary to be located in the cloud space by providing models, services and applications of these centers. Therefore, the aim of this study is to provide a conceptual model for designing and supporting the implementation of cloud computing in the National Archive of Iran. Methodology: The approach of the present study is combination and is based on Library Studies, Meta-synthesis and survey. In Meta-synthesis and library study method research slips were used for gathering data, and in survey method a researcher-constructed questionnaire was used. The statistical population of the present study includes experts on the subject have experience or expertise in archival and cloud computing, or both. The selection of thematic experts has been done by snowball sampling method. Findings: The findings show that 59 components were identified in 11 general dimensions, includes service management, resource management, communications management, cloud management and control, security management, implementation and deployment models, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, user interface and metadata which were confirmed by subject matter experts. Conclusion: The result of the present study is to provide a model in two general sections: web-based user interface and private cloud. The user interface consists of four sections (Service Catalog, Gateway, Search & Online browsing and Database) and two modules (User registration and security). The private cloud has a 5-layer architecture that includes the interaction which includes three sections: communication services, interoperability, migration and data entry; management includes four sections: cloud management and control, service management, resource management and scalability; security includes eight sections: User authentication, Track Changes, Access control, Digital Signature, encryption and decryption during storage, ISO 27000 series of standards, Methods and levels of authority and Rules of governance; metadata includes four sections: Descriptive metadata, Administrative metadata, Structural metadata, Preservation metadata; and infrastructure layers. In this layer provides the computing resources, databases, and networks needed to store and retrieve different types of digital objects tailored to deployment patterns. Also, the data stored in the model infrastructure layer can be stored in several other places, taking into account all the security principles, and in a way help to increase the data security and prevent data corruption.

Objective: The purpose of this paper was to study the views of faculty members of Iranian universities on service innovation and service quality in the intelligent library and their behavioral intentions during the Covid-19 crisis. Methodology: The method used to perform this applied research was analytical survey. The sample size was equal to 384 faculty members of universities in the provincial capitals of the country. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Seven faculty members confirmed the content validity of the questionnaire. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was equal to .853 which indicated the optimal reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis was performed using multiple regression and structural equation modeling using SPSS software version 23 and Amos version 21. Findings: Findings showed that service quality and service innovation could significantly explain the variance of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. On the other hand, parabolic correlation coefficients showed that the variable of service innovation was 20.79 percent and the quality of service was 32.71 percent of the variance of the variable of perceived usefulness. In adition, the variable of service innovation was 13.91 percent and the quality of service was 35.16 percent of the variance of the variable, which in turn, explain the perceived ease of use. The variables of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were able to explain the changes related to attitude toward using. On the other hand, the perceived usefulness should be 12.25 percent and the perceived ease of use should explain 21.06 percent of the variance of the variable of attitude toward using. Besides, the variable of attitude toward using was able to explain the changes related to the behavioral intention use and the variable of attitude toward using explained 61.77 percent of the variance of the variable of behavioral intention use. Moreover, the findings of the indicators of the proposed model indicated that it had a desirable and acceptable fit. Conclusion: Library users' satisfaction depends on providing quality information in the shortest possible time. Therefore, it is necessary to first have complete knowledge of the needs of users and then to meet these needs in a situation that can meet those needs to some extent. On the other hand, in times of crisis, libraries must provide quality information resources to their users online. This will not be possible unless libraries move towards intelligent libraries. Therefore, considering the importance of service quality and service innovation in university libraries, administrators of universities and libraries should take a dynamic approach to create their own intelligent libraries, evaluate and view the views of key library users in different periods, because this evaluation has strengths and weaknesses. In general, the results of this research are useful and effective in improving the quality of intelligent libraries and facilitating interaction between users and intelligent libraries.

Objective: Economic growth and development is one of the most important goals that economic planners and executives of any society seek to achieve. According to experts, the library, as the main center of information and knowledge, in different types and directly and indirectly, has a significant role in the various types of development (especially industrial and economic development). Public libraries can contribute to the long-term economic success and play a major role in the economic development by providing resources for existing businesses and starting potential businesses, providing literacy services, providing job and employment resources, etc. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility of providing the effective services on the economic development in public libraries of Mashhad. Methodology: This study was an applied research that was conducted through a survey. The research population involved the librarians of Mashhad public libraries and the managers and experts of the General Directorate of the Public Libraries of Khorasan Razavi Province and Mashhad (112 people). The desired sample (86 people) was selected based on Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table through simple random sampling method. The required data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed through the SPSS using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings: According to the librarians and managers’ viewpoint, in total the possibility of providing effective services on economic development (including literacy services, training and development of human resources skills, informing services, consulting and reference services, and library research activities) was more than the medium level in the public libraries of Mashhad. The librarians and managers evaluated the necessity of providing effective services on the economic development more than the medium level. The status of space and equipment infrastructures, library and information related facilities, and technology to provide effective services on economic development in public libraries of Mashhad was more than the medium level. However, the status of the infrastructures of human resources and budget was less than the medium level. Therefore, the revision in the policies and guidelines of public libraries’ services; providing the necessary infrastructure and facilities to deliver effective services for economic development, especially the allocation of adequate budget and human resources to the public libraries; creating appropriate conditions for providing effective services on economic development, especially in the field of library research activities, consulting services, reference services and training and development of human resources skills are recommended. Conclusion: The present study is one of the few domestic studies focusing public library services that have an impact on economic development. It has also examined the views of decision-makers and agents of these services who have encountered different problems in libraries. Utilizing the results of this study, the managers and authorities of Public Libraries Foundation can perform the necessary planning in order to play one of the important roles of the public libraries, which is to contribute to the economic development of the community.

Objective: Data-driven research, given the hidden and vital value of research data, is an emerging paradigm that has led to the need for effective and proper management of research data. Research data needs to be stored and retrieved using appropriate methods to make it easy to discover, retrieve, and reuse to add value. Accordingly, it is important to manage research data that includes the organization of data, from entering the research cycle to publishing and sharing that data, recording and maintaining valuable research results. The aim of this study is to identify the dimensions of research data management development by emphasizing the methods of providing research data management services that have been implemented in scientific and research environments around the world.
Methodology: This research is a systematic review with a qualitative approach to identify the dimensions of research data management development, using MAXQDA10 software to analyze the content of scientific resources and documents. Accordingly, the process of collecting documents using the library method and searching for scientific databases has continued to reaching the point of theoretical saturation and the repetition of dimensions and components. Also, in order to ensure that the theoretical saturation point is reached and the validity of the research are guaranteed, the websites of the top ten universities in the world in the field of research activities in 2019 were observed. With the open coding method, the concepts were extracted from the texts, and then with the central coding and searching for the commonality of the concepts, the graph of the categories was drawn. In total, 403 concepts were extracted from the collected documents, of which 321 concepts are in the field of research data management and 82 concepts are related to the areas of research data sharing, advantages, challenges and solutions. Then, it was ensured that basic concepts in research data management were identified.
Findings: It is apparent that the implementation of research data management in universities and scientific centers depends on five basic components: politics, planning, services, stakeholders and technology, which each have a wide range of dimensions and multiple processes. Understanding needs, being aware of existing challenges, developing the necessary knowledge and skills will help determine appropriate policies and planning to best use existing networks and technical infrastructure, which are now available to most universities and research centers, to provide data management services.
Conclusion: In this research, while presenting the basic categories of research data management, dimensions and new methods in the field have been clearly identified. It is expected that Iranian universities and research centers will also work integrated to implement new policies and programs needed to provide and develop research data management services to prevent redundancies and additional costs in the research process.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to review and analyze the developments of public libraries influenced by industrial revolutions, from the formation of traditional libraries in the First Industrial Revolution to the arrival of platform libraries in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The library, as the concept of a platform, creates a social context for improving the participation of individuals and institutions in order to exchange information and knowledge. Methodology: The research method consists of a review study in which the documentary approach is used. To extract the information, a comprehensive search was made on the documents available on the Iranian and foreign databases. Documents related to the terms of the Industrial Revolution and the Public Library were retrieved from 2000 to 2018. Findings: The findings of the study identify the characteristics of generations of public libraries based on the paradigms of industrial revolutions. This indicates the need for libraries to shift to thelibrary platform concept in order to continue to survive and provide effective services during the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. Due to the changing social ecosystem affected by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, libraries need to change their attitudes and practices to sustain their being and increase their effectiveness by redefining their values, existential philosophy and logic based on platform thinking for synergy and creativity act with their internal and external stakeholders. It is pointed out in the related literature that libraries are central to users learning from each other, being creative, discussing their work and gaining social knowledge; Increasing the stakeholders’ engagement of the library is one of the pillars of this thinking model. To achieve this redefinition of the platform library, steps must be defined and implemented. The first step is to assess the conditions and quality of services, and then, if feasible for implementation, reviewing and localizing global experiences, and then developing library plans and goals based on this thinking. In the second step, in the issue of resource synchronization with respect to resource control, it is stated that this synchronization should be done by digitizing resources. To harmonize the setting, just as in music performance’ all the instruments had to be played with the right guidance. Similarly, all components of the library must also be aligned and redefined for all components of the library ecosystem and its external interactions. In the third step, the processes are carefully charted and implemented methodically. Conclusion: In this redefinition, platform library priorities change as follows: 1) Prioritize resource synchronization over library resource control; 2) Enhancing social interactions as compared to optimizing internal libraries; 3) Prioritize the value of the ecosystem over the value of the stakeholders in the library; 4) Priority of facilitating audience access to the library; 5) Priority of facilitating audience access to the library; and 6) Priority to omni-access strategy to the library. In the new definition, the public library is a dynamic social institution, providing a platform for constructive participation for all stakeholders and acting as a value flow manager.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Parsijoo, Yooz, and Rismoon search engines to determine the efficient search engine to retrieve relevant documents to users. Methodology: This research was an applied evaluative study. The population of this research consists of three sections: Persian search engines, simulated work tasks (thematic title), and participants (students). In this study, three search engines, Parsijoo, Yooz, and Rismoon, were selected for evaluation. Also, 32 subject headings were selected from the list of Persian subject headings, and then, based on them, simulated work tasks were compiled. 192 students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad were asked to search the information created from the simulated work tasks in the relevant search engines, then copy the relevant URL and register it in the search form. The 192 students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad were asked to enter the information required from the simulated work tasks in the relevant search engines, then copy the relevant URL and register it in the search form. Finally, when an URL was chosen more often by students as a relevant website, it was given a higher relevance score. Findings: Findings showed that the three search engines including Parsijoo, Yooz, and Rismoon had a significant difference in the metrics of normalized discounted cumulative gain, and precision, but no significant difference was observed between the three search engines in the recall metric. The general findings of the study also showed that the effectiveness (mean of normalized discounted cumulative gain, precision, and recall) of the search engines was significantly different. In addition, at a 95 percent confidence level, the effectiveness of Parsijoo about 42 percent to 45 percent; Yooz about 43 percent to 46 percent; and Rismoon about 15 percent to 17 percent are estimated. Our estimate indicates that the Rismoon search engine is performing poorly. Also, the effectiveness of Yooz search engine is slightly higher than Parsijoo search engine. Conclusion: Each of Parsijoo, Yooz, and Rismoon search engines has their own policies, capabilities and strategies; hence the effectiveness of each of them is different. Users are advised to use efficient search engine to get the information they want. In this regard, Yooz, Parsijoo, and Rismoon search engines are the most efficient, respectively. In addition, policymakers of Parsijoo, Yooz, and Rismoon search engines are also recommended revising hardware equipment, retrieval algorithms, user interfaces, and information display methods. Finally, it can be concluded that despite the low age of native search engines, the effectiveness of both Yooz and Parsijoo search engines is at a satisfactory level.

Objective: Access to the right legal information at the right time is a must for the community and for lawyers. The use of information by lawyers and attorneys is strongly influenced by their information needs. These requirements determine the type of information needed, where the information can be found, and how to access it. Lawyers use a variety of methods to access information. Legal information is the most important source for the law and legal professions and without the right legal information; these professions do not perform well. Methodology: The purpose of this study was to determine the legal information needs of Tehran's lawyers. Legal information needs are those that are met through the use of information resources and through formal or semi-formal channels of information and services offered by libraries and information centers. This research is a survey. The statistical population includes all lawyers in Tehran whose names are registered with the Center for Justice Lawyers. From a total of 8000 statistical population, 367 individuals were selected using Krejcie and Morgan's table by random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of two sections: general information and specialized information. In order to improve the validity of the research instrument, previously tested and validated questions asked in the questionnaires of previous studies conducted in the field of information needs were used in a similar context; and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Assessment and selection of sources and barriers to the information process were over 0.70 and acceptable. Data were analyzed using the Friedman Ranking Test and Bivariate Chi-square test in the SPSS software version 25. Findings: The results indicated that the most important reasons for seeking information for lawyers were promoting specialized knowledge and the most important sources for meeting the legal information needs of legal entities, were attending law courses and scientific journal articles. The most important problems for lawyers were access to updated information, the dissemination of legal information in different sources, the outdated nature of many sources, and the inadequate sources of law. Conclusion: The most important reason for searching information was to update specialized knowledge and then to write a research paper, which shows the scientific attitude of the lawyers towards their specialized field. Books (both printed and electronic) and scientific journals were the most important information sources for meeting the information needs of lawyers. Among informal sources, the library of a legal organization or institution was the most important source of informal acquisition of information; and the Google search engine was the most common search engine used by lawyers. Also, going to the library and visiting the new library resources were the most important ways to update information after reading specialized publications. The suggestions of the study are as follows: (i) the fact that many people today use the Internet to find answers to their questions, lawyers are not an exception. One way to help them is to make legal online databases accessible and expandable; (ii) due to the diffusion of legal information in different sources, the legality of many legal information sources and the inadequate legal information sources, one of the most important problems for lawyers in accessing information is the need to take appropriate measures; (iii) since legal libraries are one of the places of interest for lawyers to access the information, libraries or legal organizations should select law librarians as managers for courthouse libraries/court law libraries; and (iv) the findings showed that the level of French and English language of lawyers was poor.

Objective:"Sira of 'Afifi" by Afif al-Din Muhammad Kazeruni is a Persian translation of the book al-Muntaqa by his father, Sa'id al-Din Kazeruni. These two works, which were written in an eight-year duration by two famous Persian Sunni narrators and biographers in the eighth century in the age of Muzaffari Empire and during the rule of Amir Mubariz al-Din Muhammad contain a great legacy of the narrations of the Prophetic tradition, which still in the form of a manuscript and have not been corrected or printed anywhere yet. This study aimed to recognize Sira of 'Afifi as one of the famous Islamic works in the biography of the Prophet (Sira) and its textual implications for achieving documented information on one main family in the Iran-Islamic culture and civilization. Methodology: With historical explanation and textual analysis, this study deals with the introduction and semantics of Sira of 'Afifi. This study was a library review in data collection, descriptive in introducing Kazeruni and 'Afifi and analytical in studying their Siras methods. Findings: 'Afifi selected narrations in narrators' methods and restructured the Sira in a historical story approach. Despite his previous biographers, he attempted to write his work based on evidence. It appears that he tried to recreate the tradition for clarifying the right religious way as possible in order to prevent religious and political dispersion of 8th century's Iran and bring it into the predominant thinking of Shi'aism Sunna as the heritage of Sufism. The work has been published many times and cited by Shi'a and Sunni scholars that show its acceptance and deep influence on Shi'as and Sunnies. One of the important components of this work is the revival of the Persian writing tradition and the tendency of literature and thought towards massism, the spread of Sufi literature and the unifying Shiite Sunni discourse that have formed the main themes of this work.In addition, in the context of research, important issues in the field of recognizing the author's family, his other scientific works, comparisons between translations in line with this work, style of choosing words as a translation, etc. are discussed briefly. Conclusion:Sira of 'Afifi quickly gained attention in the fields of knowledge of the Islamic world during its time and afterward. As a new adaptation of al-Muntaqa and one of the most important works in writing Persian biographies, Sira of 'Afifi is a rich work in the biography of the Prophet extracted from missed works. Many translations and copies of the work in other languages worldwide show its influence in 8th and 9th centuries. As a work in rhetoric Persian, the work has been written based on methods by Ibn Ishaq and Ibn-Hisham that is a reproduction of Shia Sufism's biographical writing tradition. As a third Sira book in Persian, the work has a historical placement and instructive approach written by a Sunni narrator and as a glorious work from the middle age and al-Muzaffar Empire with linguistic and narrative values.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the structure of the library and other cultural institutions, how they are managed and the selection and use of human resources in the Ilkhanid period. Methodology: In this study, artistic management theory is used to evaluate inductively, using Ilkhan's practices, management and planning, and their success in transforming ideas into action or defining values and goals to the stage of implementation of library outputs (works). To be consolidated. The sources of this library research and images are from digital sources in museums. Findings: The importance and value of preserving ancestral information among the Mongols led to the writing of books on Mongol history as well as an increase in historiography during this period. The Mongols, by gaining military and political power and conquering vast territories, not only needed to run the country but also had to build cultural infrastructure. Art and writing were two essential elements for introducing, propagating, justifying and bringing cultures together by combining them. The purpose of the Ilkhanid is clearly stated in the Ghazan reforms and Oljaito's words about combining the law and policy of Genghis with Islamic laws. It is considered to be the most important duties and deeds of the Mongol and Ilkhanid rulers. The design and painting of patterns in this period began and expanded in relation to architectural decorations. Then, from the Ghazan period onwards, the same colors, patterns and ritual values manifested in the art of architecture were transferred to the art of book decoration. The subjects of the paintings are inspired by the subjects of books written, translated and compiled by the Ilkhanid. Paintings are intersexual works and are the same subjects that the Ilkhanid were interested in or wanted to visualize in order to become familiar with religious subjects. The predominance of dark blue, light blue and gold colors in gilding is precisely related to the colors mentioned in the description of the values of the Ilkhanate religion. Attention to geometric patterns and support of geometric sciences, which led to an increase in patterns in this period. Geometric patterns expressing the sun and Khaqan in a symbolic pattern can be found not only in gilding but in all works of this period. These motifs have found Islamic meanings after Ilkhan became a Muslim. To implement the cultural composition strategy, they likely selected and employed artists and writers tailored to the organization's goals. This first affects the transfer and implementation of values and also facilitates the institutionalization of values. Conclusion: The results show that speech values are compiled. Topics such as astronomy, geometry, wisdom, medicine and history were supported. Religious values were used in architectural decoration, then combined in Islamic design and painting.
