Methodology: This was an applied research conducted through a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 90 volunteer students of Shiraz University. The data gathering tool were a researcher-made questionnaire to determine the level of experience and level of completeness of the user's mental model as well as the transaction log files to extract their browsing performance (success rate and time). Results: Results showed that there was significant differences between the users with different mental model completeness levels in terms of their success rates in browsing, i.e., users with a complete mental model were the most successful ones, while those with an incomplete mental model were the least successful ones. On the other hand, there was significant difference between the experienced and inexperienced groups of students in terms of performance, i.e., experienced users spent relatively less time to achieve greater success in browsing. The findings suggested that experience and mental models completeness had impact on success rates in browsing, but there was only a significant difference among experienced users group and novice users group in time duration on browsing. Conclusions: Despite the importance of recognizing the users' mental models completeness of browsing features, this issue has been neglected.}, keywords = {Mental models,Mental model completeness level,experience,Browsing,Internet shopping websites}, title_fa = {بررسی عملکرد مرور دانشجویان در محیط وب برحسب تجربه و سطح کامل بودن مدل ذهنی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناخت نقش مدل‌های ذهنی دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز در فرایند مرور در وب‌سایت‌های فروش کالا با توجه به میزان تجربۀ آنهاست. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به‌لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. نمونۀ مورد مطالعه شامل 90 دانشجوی داوطلب دانشگاه شیراز است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل یک پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته برای تعیین میزان تجربه و سطح کامل‌بودن مدل ذهنی کاربران و ضبط و مشاهدۀ فایل‌های ثبت رخداد به‌منظور استخراج عملکرد مرور(میزان موفقیت و زمان) بود. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد بین کاربران با سطوح متفاوت کامل بودن مدل ذهنی از حیث میزان موفقیت در مرور، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. کاربرانی که مدل ذهنی کامل‌تری دارند بیشترین موفقیت و کاربران با مدل ذهنی ناقص، کمترین میزان موفقیت را دارند. از سوی دیگر، بین گروه‌های باتجربه و بی‌تجربه از نظر عملکرد مرور تفاوت وجود دارد، به‌طوری‌که کاربران باتجربه نسبت به کاربران بی‌تجربه در مدت زمان کمتری به موفقیت بیشتر در مرور دست می‌یابند. در گروه‌بندی افراد از نظر تلفیق تجربه و مدل ذهنی، نتایج نشان داد کاربران باتجربه با مدل ذهنی کامل، بیشترین و کاربران مبتدی با مدل ذهنی ناقص، کمترین موفقیت را در مرور دارند. ارزش/ اصالت: با وجود اهمیت شناخت وضعیت و سطح کامل‌بودن مدل ذهنی کاربران از قابلیت‌ها و ویژگی‌های  مرور، این مسئله کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.}, keywords_fa = {مدل ذهنی,سطح کامل بودن مدل ذهنی,تجربه,جستجوی مروری,وب‌سایت فروش کالا}, url = {https://lis.aqr-libjournal.ir/article_51183.html}, eprint = {https://lis.aqr-libjournal.ir/article_51183_22de38ea28c2114b7fd5042feab8cbd7.pdf} }
