فراتحلیل رابطه نقش مدیریت دانش در یادگیری سازمانی

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش به منظور توصیف، تحلیل و ترکیب ارایه شده در زمینه بررسی نقش مدیریت دانش بر روی یادگیری سازمانی انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش از نوع فرا تحلیل است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه اسناد مکتوب اعم از پایان نامه ها، پژوهشها و مقالات مندرج در مجلات علمی پژوهشی با موضوع همبسته با نقش مدیریت دانش بر روی یادگیری سازمانی را تشکیل می دهند. اسناد و مدارک جمع آوری شده در بین سالهای 1386 تا 1401 به رشته تحریر در آمده بودند. آثار منتشر شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی مگیران، گوگل اسکولار، ایران داک، پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی جستجو شدند. از بین 67 مقاله جستجو شده 10 مقااله بخاطر مرتبط نبودن عنوان کنار گذاشته شد. از بین 57 مقاله باقی مانده، 7 مقاله از نظر چکیده مناسب تشخیص داده نشدند و رد شدند. از بین 50 مقاله باقی مانده 8 مقاله از نظر محتوا ایراد داشتند که کنار گذاشته شدند و در نهایت کار تحلیل را با 42 مقاله و پایان نامه انجام دادیم. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با روش فراتحلیل و با کمک نرم افزار 3 CMA انجام شد. برای سنجش اندازه اثر از آزمون های (X2)، (t)، (Z)، (F) و شاخص (g) هجز و (Z) فیشر و برای سنجش سوگیری انتشار از نمودار قیفی استفاده شد.
یافته‏ها: نتایج فرا تحلیل نشان دادند که مدیریت دانش با یادگیری سازمانی دارای میانگین اندازه اثر 556/0 است که رابطه ای بالاتر از حد متوسط بین دو متغیر را نشان می دهد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This research is designed to describe, analyze and synthesize the information presented in the context of investigating the role of knowledge management on organizational learning. Meta-analysis by integrating the results of different researches that have been carried out on several samples; It gives a more comprehensive view of the effect of various variables. In fact, by putting together the results of a research on a sample of a community, different people are examined. Such findings are important and more important in societies, such as ours, which has more diversity; because this variety brings more differences, Inevitably, one should have a lot of information from different examples of this society in order to obtain the similarities and deal with the differences in an appropriate way by integrating this information. The results of this meta-analysis showed that knowledge management with organizational learning has an average effect size of 0.566.
Methods: The method of this research is meta-analysis. The statistical population of the current research consists of all written documents, including theses, researches, and articles included in scientific research journals with a topic related to the role of knowledge management on organizational learning. The documents collected between 1386 and 1401 were written. Published works were searched in Magiran database, Google Scholar, IranDoc, Academic Jihad Scientific Information Center database. Among the 67 searched articles, 10 articles were excluded because the title was not relevant. Among the remaining 57 articles, 7 articles were not recognized as suitable abstracts and were rejected. Among the remaining 50 articles, 8 articles had problems in terms of content, which were put in a queue, and finally we did the analysis with 42 articles and theses. Data analysis was done with meta-analysis method and with the help of CMA 3 software. To measure the effect size, tests (X2), (t), (Z), (F) and the index (Hedges' g) and (Z) Fisher were used and to measure the publication bias, a funnel plot was used.
Results: The meta-analysis results showed that knowledge management with organizational learning has an average effect size of 0.556, which shows a higher than average relationship between the two variables. Organizational learning can be improved by improving knowledge management. Because when knowledge is managed in organizations based on principles and knowledge is created based on organizational needs, it can be predicted that learning will happen in the organization and if organizational knowledge enters the organization regardless of educational needs, It is not accepted by individuals and this is not in the interest of the organization.
